Männikkölän Pirtti offers multiple leisure time activities. Mushroom and berry picking along with fishing excursions give guests the chance to enjoy the nature and wilderness while being able to take home some of it’s products. Those looking for adventure can parasail over Lake Pielinen.

ACCOMMODATION SERVICES

We offer overnight accommodations at two locations:
- The Fishing Lodge at Kynsisaari.
- The Cottage Huvikumpu.


Kynsisaari Fishing Lodge is located on the serene island of Kynsisaari on Lake Pielinen. Kynsisaari offers a Smoke Sauna along with overnight accommodations for twenty people. The Fishing Lodge is available for rent year round. It is possible to rent the Lodge say in conjunction with the Lingonberry picking excursions in the fall. In early spring the Lodge is a popular place for cross country skiers. The more adventurous can go for a dip in the refreshing avanto (hole in the ice for swimming) while enjoying the warmth of the Smoke Sauna.

Huvikumpi is a pleasent cottage on the shore of Lake Pielinen.

HOMESTYLE BAKERY AND COFFEE HOUSE AT BOMBA MARKET (Tori)

During the summer delicacies from Männikkölä are obtainable at our Bakery located at the Bomba Market. From our outlet at Bomba Market you can enjoy our Carelian specialties and perhaps find some specialities for your own party. The busiest and most worthwhile day to visit this outlet is on Wednesdays.
